Sticky StrategyTM workshops and seminars give you the opportunity to develop strategic thinking techniques, understand yourself and your organisation, and make strategic decisions that will “stick” .
You must have noticed that successful business leaders think strategically all the time.
They:
- Focus on what is important for the whole firm
- Give clarity and purpose to their team
- Adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Understand who they are and what they stand for
Astute business men and women have developed “business acumen”. They have a toolkit that they use to analyse and evaluate challenges as they meet them. This toolkit may have been developed by accident, or through a difficult experience, the school of hard knocks. Alternatively they may have learnt and developed their processes by being observant and taking learning opportunities when they were offered. This toolkit, however it was gained, makes the most of their talents, and they use them to their advantage.
Successful business owners, managers and leaders often share similar qualities or talents. Take a look at the list below. Have we missed any out?

Sticky Strategy starts with the premis that everyone has a set of talents unique to them. Sticky Strategy seminars and workshops offer:
- Training in a number of “tools” that can be used to develop these talents.
- Guidance on where you can use the tools, and how to make them work for you
- An opportunity to practice your new tools in a safe environment
When you gain experience in using your new tools, like riding a bike, they will form part of your thinking. Once you have been on a Sticky Strategy workshop you will be on your way to being a “Sticky Strategist”.
Seminars and workshops are facilitated by Roger Croft and Derek Cheshire. Both are trained mentors and business coaches.

I am writing to thank you for your efforts in preparing and delivering the recent "Sticky Strategy" Seminar. Not only was the program enjoyable, but what I found particularly effective was your ability to clearly present a process that gives me a way of achieving my objectives within my company.
The creative techniques employed really worked, and enabled me to look upon my strategy in a different way. I particularly enjoyed the guided imagery.
During the last couple of days I have had the chance to start using the "Sticky strategy" process for real, and I am convinced that it will help give my company the clarity it needs in going forward.
I would recommend the Sticky Strategy Seminar to anyone who runs a business and is ambitious about the future success of their company.
